JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The Pediatric Hospital Medicine and Complex Care Research Program is seeking a dedicated Researcher I to support our qualitative research initiatives. The Qualitative Researcher I will be responsible for conducting interviews and focus groups, analyzing qualitative data, and documenting and disseminating results. Additionally, the role involves piloting a qualitative consult service and curating helpful qualitative research tools for members of the Department of Pediatrics. The successful candidate will work under the mentorship of Dr. Michelle Kelly to enhance the Department\'s qualitative research capabilities and enhance our collaborative research environment.
