Position Overview The Precision Oncology Portfolio Senior Manager, MRD is responsible for product strategy and lifecycle management of the Exact Sciences Molecular Residual Disease (MRD) product. This position will drive planning and execution of near-term and long-term product strategic initiatives, including, mapping the evolution of intended use, user needs and requirements, product requirements, and product positioning in the marketplace to enable continuous growth and expansion of the MRD product over its lifecycle. The Precision Oncology Portfolio Sr Manager, MRD will accomplish these tasks by relying on a deep understanding and knowledge of customer needs, market trends, and competitive pressures, as well as establishing and managing short and long-term objectives and plans that transform the product strategy into clear, measurable results. The Precision Oncology Portfolio Sr Manager, MRD is responsible for driving a cross-functional team towards delivery of actionable strategic projects for the MRD product, and will accomplish their responsibilities through interactions with a broad range of functions involved with the development and commercialization of Exact Sciences products globally including Research & Development (R&D), clinical, medical, operations, program management, commercial, finance, regulatory and legal functions and the international business unit. This position will collaborate with and influence varying levels of internal and external personnel and requires a strong team-focused approach, direct interactions with customers, and public presentations.
