JOB REQUIREMENTS: Phlebotomist - Clinical Labs - 32260 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : This is a full-time, FTE 1.0, 1st shift position. Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:15pm, no weekends or on-call shifts required at this time. Holiday rotations at University Hospital required. Hours may vary depending on department needs. You may be eligible for up to a \$2,500 sign-on bonus. You will work at UW Student Services and floating at University Hospital. We are seeking a Phlebotomist to: * Perform standardized and specialized phlebotomy procedures on patients of all ages. * Ensure proper patient identification and specimen labeling. * Complete specimen receiving and specimen processing. * Patient check-in and order entry of laboratory tests in the laboratory information system. Preferred - Completion of accredited Phlebotomy Training program and clinical rotation.
