UW MEDICAL FOUNDATION Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant in MADISON, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Dermatology - 30180 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE between Monday-Friday. 4 days/week, hours fall between 7:00 am - 5:30 pm. No weekends, holidays, or call. As an Advanced Practice Provider, you\'ll play an integral role in our ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant: * Provide the highest quality of care for our patients by diagnosing and treating diseases of the skin, hair, nails and mucous membranes. * Care for adult patients with general dermatology issues commonly encountered in an outpatient setting. * Incorporate procedures such as shave and punch removal, cryotherapy, and intralesional injections and treatments into your daily practice. These may include the following: Adult; Adult/Gerontology Primary Care; Family. If Physician Assistant*: * Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND * Active PA board certification All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have*: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire. *Active license or eligibility to obtain active licensure in state of practice.
