JOB REQUIREMENTS: Nurse Practitioner - Inpatient/Outpatient Pediatric Urology - 29782 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 80% FTE; core hours between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Be part of something remarkable As an Advanced Practice Provider, you\'ll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to: * Provide care to pediatric urology patients in an outpatient setting * Conduct comprehensive or episodic health history and physical assessment of patients with acute, chronic and/or potential health problems. * Provide remote (telehealth) services to patients with bowel and bladder dysfunction * Assist in diagnosis, management and care coordination of urologic patients with comorbid neuropsychiatric conditions * Perform routine clinical procedures independently as outlined in practice agreements/scope of practice including, but not limited to: catheter insertions, catheter changes, and complex bladder irrigation. Licenses and Certifications : Minimum - State of Wisconsin NP * Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND * Active board certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner-Primary Care * Must have Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Specialist (PMHS) certification or be willing to obtain within 2 years of hire.
