We are currently seeking a Mortgage Processing Specialist Manager that will direct and manage the day-to-day operations of the Mortgage Processing Specialist, Mortgage Construction Specialist and the Mortgage Pre-Closing teams utilizing established policies and procedures, corporate standards, and regulatory guidelines. The Mortgage Processing Specialist Manager will assist the Director of Mortgage Operations in development and maintenance of mortgage related guidelines, policies and procedures and will be responsible for the daily goals and operations of the teams to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy while maintaining an internal and external customer centric focus. Key Accountabilities Pipeline Management, Reporting and Compliance Create and manage daily pipelines for Processing and Pre-Closing to track and monitor loans in order to maintain established service levels. Create and monitor pipelines for construction loans for timely draw funding and completion in order to protect the bank\'s lien priority. Develop and maintain reports as requested by Management for Processing, Pre-Closing and Construction. Ensure loans are processed in compliance with ONB policies and procedures, investor guidelines and applicable mortgage lending laws and regulations. Customer Service Excellence Act as a liaison between the Processing and Construction teams with Sales, Underwriting and Closing to provide exceptional internal and external customer service. Foster a customer-centric atmosphere emphasizing responsiveness and professionalism. Manage escalated internal and external customer concerns.
