Job Description of the Warehouse Machine Operator: Machine Operation Set- up, operate and troubleshoot equipment to produce thermoformed parts and implement solution to complex process problems. Understand and apply principles to operate machinery and equipment independently. Ensure maximum efficiency of machine set-up. Inspect and perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the machinery, equipment, and facility. Assist with development of new product and processes. Train new operating and packaging technicians. Ensure part quality meets established standards and identify issues that adversely affect product requirements and communicate with the appropriate departments. Perform housekeeping duties. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices. Complete all shift documentation Shift hand offs go over job status and updates with incoming shifts. Follow all established safety procedures. Regulate machine flow, speed, or temperature.
