We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for the Landscape and Masonry Teamfor our customer, County Materials. Military service members and veterans are encouraged to apply. Job Duties: Deliver high-level customer service experience. Maintain effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenue. Provide Inside Sales leadership and training to branch team members. Become a product champion of a product line. Work with local, regional, and national sales team members within masonry and landscape. Identify and follow up with new sales and client opportunities. Work closely with customers and contractors to develop sales strategies and specifications. Prepare sales projects and prospecting activity reports for monthly meetings. Attend industry and local association meetings and events. Work Environment: Work in an office environment as well as construction sites in various weather. Physical Requirements: Ability to handle samples and product up to 80 lbs. Standing / Walking / Climbing. Experience & Qualifications: Experience with high-level customer-facing service environment. 2+ years of Landscape/Masonry experience preferred. Working knowledge of required software programs (Microsoft Office Suite and CRM). Effective time management skills. High sales aptitude, self-motivated. Ability to analyze situation and identify opportunities for success. Effective decision making and problem-solving skills. Effective team interaction skills with high aptitude for collaboration with colleagues. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong mathematical skills. Work independently, with little supervision. Valid driver\'s license and a good driving record is a must.
