Interacts regularly with parents. 40% Assists with the planning and facilitation of classroom programming and classroom coordination and organization for a early childhood education facility according to established curriculums 15% Maintains the safety and physical well-being of children in a designated classroom 15% Updates and organizes individualized and developmental educational plans for children 15% Assists with basic technical and administrative classroom support 15% Documents effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to relay pertinent information and provide updates of child activities per established guidelines and regulations Tasks: Performs duties in a highly diverse childcare center that provides early-childhood, 4K, and school-age programs. Performs duties that support a multicultural, inclusive, and anti-bias approach to learning and educational environment. Provides support and assist as needed in the implementation of plans and procedures in the event of an emergency. Works in accordance with licensing rules and city/national accreditation standards.
