The CSR facilitates sales and provides information to the Full Compass customer and provides overflow support customers that are assigned to our National Sales Representatives. The CSR cultivates potential and current customers by processing incoming orders, answering questions, providing guidance on Pro Audio, Video, and Lighting products to Compass Express, Web, and FDW Wholesale customers, and maintains customer accounts by recording account information in our CRM. Essential Job Functions Follow up on web and phone orders, building relationships with outbound calls. Provide the highest quality of customer service. Quality customer service includes attentive listening, a positive upbeat demeanor and phone voice, solid understanding of FCS\' communication procedures and guidelines, and timely follow-up with customers. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer\'s complaint; determine the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem; expedite correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution Handle incoming calls expeditiously and professionally while being mindful of incoming calls that may be accumulating in the phone queue. Constantly increase product knowledge in all areas of our industry while keeping current with the latest in development trends. Attend Full Compass-assigned vendor and product training demonstrations, departmental meetings and quarterly company meetings. Consistent and predictable attendance. Consistently demonstrate a positive approach and attitude by working effectively and constructively with others. Maintain good housekeeping of work areas to provide a safe, clean, organized, efficient, and pleasant work environment. Prepare for and participate in meetings. Other duties as assigned.
