JOB REQUIREMENTS: Spherion is assisting our client in their search for a Customer Care Representative. In this role, you will be able to deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customer inquiries via phone and email regarding the manufacturing of medical optical loupes. You will also troubleshoot manufacturing issues. Must have 1 year of call center experience.
