SPHERION Customer Care Representative in MADISON, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Spherion is assisting our client in their search for a Customer Care Representative. In this role, you will be able to deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customer inquiries via phone and email regarding the manufacturing of medical optical loupes. You will also troubleshoot manufacturing issues. Must have 1 year of call center experience. Highlights: - Temporary with the opportunity for permanent hire - Pay Rate: \$20/hr - Schedule: 8 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday - Located in Madison, WI, not on the bus line Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls and emails related to placing orders, order status, product information, and pricing - Process customer orders and in the ERP system accurately - Create and maintain customer accounts - Resolve technical issues over the phone and prepare return of merchandise authorizations as needed ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent degree - 1 year of call center experience - Intermediate to advanced computer skills - Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: https://www.spherion.com/jobs/customer-care-representativemadison44043596/ This position is listed by a private employment agency.
