Concentrix Voice of the Customer ( VOC) offers Strategy, Technology and Talent solutions to clients across multiple industries.We offer survey solutions using a variety of methods and report data in a leading client-facing platform. We offer clients industry expertise, leading edge software, enhanced professional services and operational expertise to help them create valuable relationships with their customers and employees.

The Client Success Manager functions as the “project manager” during implementation and ongoing program maintenance in a client-facing capacity.

What you will do in this role

  • Serves as day to day client interface in close partnership with VOC Account Delivery Managers and Account Delivery Leaders

  • Collaborates with multiple VOC operational teams (programming, platform configuration, analytics, etc.)

  • Consults on program design, during initial implementation and ongoing

  • Manages operational activity in program implementation and ongoing

  • Partners effectively with Account Delivery Managers and Leaders in building/maintaining client relationships

  • Monitors solution (platform and services) usage and supports client adoption

  • Optimizes solutions (platform and services) through business understanding and knowledge of our capabilities and emerging best practices

  • Develops and manages program timelines

  • Coordinates and facilitates program meetings

  • Monitors and communicates status (quality, timing, budget) of survey research programs to clients and internal stakeholders

  • Develops survey instruments, leveraging established materials and custom enhancements

  • Contributes to analytic planning

  • Establishes and conducts quality control functions

  • Collaborates effectively in cross-functional project team

  • Monitors and manages toward program profitability

  • Leverages client relationships to identify revenue growth opportunities

Concentrix is a great match if you have:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience (project management of Voice of the Customer programs, customer satisfaction research, enterprise feedback management systems, etc.)

  • Experience in Client-facing role

  • Experience with the Qualtrics online survey tool/platform, Qualtrics certification (preferred)

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with clients and cross-functional teams

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet timelines on deliverables

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships

  • Knowledge of marketing research principles and practice

The base salary range for this position is $76,215- $114,322 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
