Job Title: Chemist

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Associate Analytical Chemist to perform daily analyses of total amino acid profiles and total tryptophan in a dynamic laboratory setting. This role involves sample handling, reagent and solution preparation, and operating various lab equipment, primarily ovens and HPLCs.

Requirements:

• Organized

• Good time management

• Proactive

• Works well within a team

• Ability to troubleshoot HPLC instrumentation after training

Skills and Qualifications:

• B.S. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or related STEM field

• Associates Degree (Required)

• Aseptic technique

• Experience in the food service industry
