JOB REQUIREMENTS: Assistant Branch Manager Madison Area ID 2024-5475 Location : City Fitchburg Category Management FTE 1.0 Schedule Availability Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:15pm & 6 Saturdays per quarter from 8:30am-1:30pm Salary Grade 9 Min USD \$59,600.00/Yr. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Branch Manager to help lead our teams at either our Middleton Hills, Fitchburg, or Pier 37 branches. As the Assistant Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring exceptional member service and operational excellence. Responsibilities What You\'ll Do Actively role model behaviors to achieve branch and organizational goals Support team members through coaching, peer mentorship, training and skill development opportunities. Cultivate an environment that consistently delivers our Branch Service Philosophy standards Achieve balanced scorecard results in alignment with the Members for Life Sales and Service philosophy Effectively adapt to the changing priorities in the organization, reallocating focus and resources to deliver the best result Engage in project work assignments that relate to business initiatives and strategies Display high levels of cultural competence by fostering a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our belief that Humanity Counts Most Develop a staff of highly engaged employees as measured by the annual employee engagement surveys Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, finance, marketing or a related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience 2-3 years of experience in the financial industry or a related field Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and develop staff Demonstrated understanding of retail sales and marketing concepts Ability to learn, understand, and lead complex operations including the lending process, member services and teller operations Strong interpersonal communication, outstanding ability to influence and build relationships, and creative problem-solving skills Not ready to apply or not finding your dream job?
