Description

We are offering an interim employment opportunity for a skilled Accounts Payable Manager with SAP Concur Invoice implementation experience. This position will be hybrid with some travel to Madison, WI to assist a growing company in the Agricultual industry with the implementation of SAP Concur invoice system. As an Accounts Payable SAP Concur Invoice Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for working seamlessly with the system implementation project team consultants and company resources to manage the invoice processing implementation and ensuring smooth transitions between various systems.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the SAP Concur Invoice module and ensure its seamless integration with other systems.

• Configure Concur Invoice to meet the specific needs of the organization, including setting up approval workflows, vendor management, and expense categories.

• Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice receipt, validation, and payment.

• Develop an understanding of local and international tax laws, VAT, and compliance requirements related to invoicing.

• Manage the integration of Concur Invoice with other ERP systems and third-party tools using APIs, middleware, or custom connectors.

• Handle data migration, mapping, and transformation processes to ensure smooth transitions from legacy systems to Concur Invoice.

• Utilize scripting languages and automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks within the Concur Invoice system.

• Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.

• Manage organizational change, including training users, communicating changes, and ensuring adoption.

• Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to ensure the Concur Invoice implementation meets organizational needs.

• Identify and optimize current invoicing processes to fully leverage Concur's automation features.

Requirements • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.

• Proficient in SAP and SAP Configuration.

• Experience with Concur software.

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes.

• Proficiency in Invoice Processing.

• Proven track record in the implementation of financial systems.

• Familiarity with Application Integration.

• Experience in Master Data Management.

• Knowledge of Common Scripting languages.

• Demonstrated ability to automate processes.

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• High level of integrity and dependability.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
