Position Summary:

We are looking for a results-oriented marketer to join our strong team in the role of Senior Product Manager, US Cell Therapy Patient Marketing , Breyanzi . This individual will be a key member of the US Cell Therapy Organization and Breyanzi brand t eam . They will assist in the development and implementation of patient and care giver marketing programs, business plans, strategies and key tactic s to drive the business. This Senior Product Manager will work closely with other members of the cross-functional matrix team to ensure successful and timely execution of critical initiatives . This individual will report to the Director of Cell Therapy Patient Marketing, Breyanzi .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive peer-to-peer/medical educ ation strategy, leveraging complementary stakeholder /resource capabilities

  • Drive execution of the patient and caregiver education tactical plan s

  • Develop metrics and best-practices supporting execution and optimization of Breyanzi business across indications

  • Navigate internal MLR review processes independently and work with cross-functional matrix partners to ensure timely and accurate preparation of tactical projects

  • Manage agency/vendor partners in development of promotional materials and tactics

  • Regularly evaluate competitive landscape and marketplace dynamics

  • Engage in , evaluate ongoing market research projects and i nteract with customer-facing teams to mine customer insights

  • Contribute tactical and strategic recommendations based on key internal and external medical and clinical updates from congresses, publications, etc .

  • Manage agency/vendor partners in development of promotional materials and tactics

  • Partner with omnichannel, corporate communications, and advocacy matrix teams on development of appropriate programs/projects that support the strategy

  • B uild a strong relationship and work collaboratively with medical, legal and regulatory team to develop and execute high impact marketing materials

  • Collaborate with HCP marketing and field teams to enable the successful pull-through of branded and unbranded patien t materials

  • Operational and budget responsibility as needed ( e.g. monthly finance meetings, functional planning , etc.)

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA or another Advanced Degree Strongly Preferred

  • 3-5 of relevant experience ( pharmaceutical/biotech or related agency)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, drive execution, foster relationship s and build alignment

  • Initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in a complex, rapidly changing environment

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required

  • Experience working with and leading multi-functional teams to accomplish specific objectives and goals

  • Strong ability to comprehend and discuss deep clinical data

  • Hematology, Oncology or Cell Therapy/Gene Therapy experience strongly preferred

  • Experience in patient brand strategy and implementation

  • Experience in working with agencies to develop patient insights into creative campaigns and messaging

  • Strong knowledge of omnichannel marketing

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, e.g. Market Research, HCP Marketing, Business Insights and Technology , Review Committees

  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, influencing skills
