This position will be primarily responsible for clinical and sales support for our Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVI) technology, Navitor™.

We are now looking for a Senior/Territory Manager supporting TAVI in New South Wales, based in Sydney.

The main aspects of this role include:

  • Assist customers and other clinical stakeholders with Navitor™ case planning, including assessing patient suitability.

  • Provide clinical case coverage during the Navitor™ procedure.

  • Interact with customers and other clinical stakeholders for any post-case Navitor™ discussion and evaluation.

  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and physicians within the Navitor™ account (i.e. Interventionalist, Cardiologists, CV Surgeon, Valve Coordinator, Nurse Unit Manager, General Cardiologist) to generate awareness and referrals.

  • Assist in conducting customer training workshop (including echo workshops) ranging from on-boarding training activities to continuous education to maintaining and increasing physician skill levels.

  • Optimize process regarding patient screening and procedure scheduling

  • Call on referring physicians to present the Navitor™ technology and clinical data.

  • Advice physicians and team members on complicated cases.

  • Support local and national conferences / programs.

To succeed in your new role, you would need to have:

  • Good understanding of the industry process and function; able to confidently discuss this with customers, as well as internal and external experts

  • Minimum of 2 years Sales Experience / Medical Clinical Support

  • Medical device / clinical experience is necessary.

  • Proven track record in the sales / clinical introduction of sophisticated medical therapeutic, procedure enabling devices that requires significant clinician training

  • Most Navitor™ cases would be in Sydney and Tertiary hospitals in the surrounding region (e.g. Wollongong) with occasional domestic travel.
