An exciting opportunity has arisen to transition into a leadership role within the WA CRM team as a Field Manager . This role would suit an experienced Territory Manager who is looking to take the next step in their career and manage a team of highly skilled sales professionals.

The Field Manager role has been established to prepare high achieving salespeople to step into the role of an Area Sales Manager. In this role, you will be carefully mentored by a senior ASM remotely for 12-18 months, with a dotted line to the Head of Sales ANZ.

The right candidate for this role will have a proven track record of success in sales, experience within the CRM segment, and natural leadership qualities. Your leadership philosophy will be that of a servant leadership approach, with a desire to train, mentor and coach. You will be rewarded by succeeding through the success of others and seeing physician and patient outcomes improved.

Over the course of the first stage of your journey as a Field Manager you will be exposed to people leadership education programs, reporting and coaching tools, commercial excellence and training KPI’s. You will participate in national programs with other Mangers and gain real world experience for your new role.

It is an extremely exciting time to join Abbott CRM, with a constant pipeline of new technology, including the worlds first dual chamber leadless pacemaker, Aveir DR. Abbott is growing rapidly off the back of the strength of this pipeline, and a strong sales leader in WA is needed to lead the state to success.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned territory.

  • Actively implement and execute on sales force effectiveness initiatives to help drive business growth and sales skills development including strategic territory and account planning, customer profiles and sales training.

  • Develop relationships with key opinion leaders & customers to develop sales and business strategies in line with company strategies.

  • Utilise available sales analysis tools to assist in territory planning.

  • Provide coaching as needed to Territory Managers.

  • Act as a key contributor in sales meetings.

  • Develop relationships with and service key customer groups, identify and utilise key customer networks.

  • Support implantation, post-operative and clinics of pacemakers, defibrillators and CRT devices within your territory.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in Biomedical, Engineering, Medical Science, Human Movement related field (Coronary Care Nursing/Cardiac Technician) is essential.

  • Fully certified in CRM.
