Do you have experience leading a team and passionate about Digital Transformation of brands? The Digital Marketing Lead role sits within the Brand & Innovation function and reports into the Head of Brand & Innovation ANZ. The mission is to meet the company's objectives through effective development and implementation of Digital Transformation, setting the vision and drawing stakeholders together on this journey. To accelerate growth across the portfolio and drive value through forward thinking world-class digital capabilities is key priority. The function owns the overall ANZ Digital Transformation plan in the market, with a clear understanding and view of each category / brand’s digital maturity. The role will be instrumental in driving change and implementing Sanofi´s CHC digital evolution in the focus areas of Category/Brand Marketing, Media and CMI, and interfacing with partners in e-Commerce and ITS.

Main responsibilities:

  • B e an advocate and facilitator for the organisation’s Digital Business Transformation vision, diverse initiatives and value proposition; helping to remove barriers and accelerate the level of digital maturity company-wide, identifying opportunities and risks along the way

  • Manage resource allocation, KPIs, and governance activities to measure the progress, track the benefits capitalized, implement executive decisions rapidly, and ensure quality in line with key stakeholders and counterparts (Marketing, Media, CMI, Sales, ITS).

  • Work with Category/Brand teams to support development of Integrated Brand Plans that effectively leverage the full range of consumer insights, digital platforms and solutions to drive maximum sales and brand impact:

  • Ensure Brand Digital Activation is impactful, leveraging Owned, Earned and Paid digital channels (SEM, Video, Social, Programmatic); orchestrate flawless execution, supporting brands in their engagement with third-party vendors where needed;

  • Design and implement robust consumer data capture, analysis and modelling framework in line with global guidelines and tools to identify opportunities to optimise site performance, improve customer experience, acquire valuable customer insights, and drive consumers from awareness to purchase:

  • Support E-commerce Lead in developing digital marketing programs and KPIs to accelerate e-commerce business

  • Work effectively with Global and Regional Marketing and Media teams to effectively execute and deliver digital media programs that align with total Sanofi CHC Digital Transformation and media priorities;

  • Work effectively with ITS Digital Service team to regularly monitor and review service delivery and site performance; establish and implement effective project governance and ways of working

  • Develop trusted relationships and maintain an effective network across Sanofi CHC to ensure cross functional alignment and drive the Global Digital transformation mandate.

  • Manage relationships with third party partners such as creative, media and data agencies, as well as consulting firms focusing on aligning their efforts with the digital transformation agenda; manage their performance against agreed SLA's and KPI's

About you

Experience :

  • Ideally 10+ years experience in Digital Marketing consulting or digital agency environment working with consumer led brands

  • Proven experience in digital transformation planning and delivery

  • Leadership skills and previous people management is a must!

  • Solid knowledge of contemporary digital landscape of organisation, platforms and experience of bringing leading technology and process optimisation

  • Data-fluency and demonstrated understanding of the adoption of technology and its’ impact to fuure operating models and organisational structures

Soft and Technical Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, in particular with a wide breadth of audiences- Marketing, Media, technology partners and agencies

  • Highly collaborative and adept in partnering cross-functionally at all levels and globally

  • Passionate about all things digital, and finger on the pulse with latest trends in market

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, Live by, communicate and reinforce Play to Win behaviours

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree, MBA is a plus
