Responsibilities

• Cleaning, stocking, and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning.

• Ability to perform medium to heavy physical labor (up to 30 pounds).

• Work well independently as well as in a group setting.

• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.

• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.

• Safe use and application of cleaning chemicals.

• Follow all health and safety regulations.

• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities.

• Supply feed back to cleaning contracting company.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to details.

• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Good mathematical skills .
