Job Title: Material Handler
General Job Summary: The Material Handler is responsible for efficiently handling materials within the organization, including loading and unloading trucks, moving materials between departments, and ensuring accurate documentation in the ERP system. This role utilizes various material handling equipment to support production and logistics operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Follows all safety processes and procedures in accordance with company policies.
Moves materials to workstations and staging areas as per ERP system instructions.
Loads and unloads materials onto trucks, pallets, racks, and shelves, ensuring accurate logging in the ERP system.
Secures materials in vehicles using strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent damage during transit.
Transports materials to designated areas within the facility using forklifts, tow motors, pallet trucks, or other equipment.
Ensures all material movement activities are accurately recorded in the ERP system.
Assists in the Inventory Cage as needed to support inventory control activities.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Inventory/Logistics Manager.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
2-3 years of related experience in material handling within a production environment, adhering to production processes.
Self-motivated individual with the ability to work at a fast pace.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
