Description:
Guest Service Officer's responsibilities include welcoming and assisting all guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, and delivering Food & Beverage services to the guests.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Prior experience in hotel front desk operations preferred
Proficiency in Opera system preferred
Fluent in English, and Korean (Korean language proficiency at TOPIK level 3 or above is required)
