This role is crucial in translating our Global Vitality vision into action by collaborating with stakeholders, driving engagement, and making a measurable impact. *Key Responsibilities *

• Vision Activation: Drive and implement the Global Vitality vision, ensuring it resonates and engages employees at all levels.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Connect with global communication teams, regional Vitality Ambassadors, and other stakeholders to implement Vitality strategies and programs.

• Communication Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy and calendar, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging about vitality and well-being initiatives.

• Program Implementation: Translate global vitality policies and programs for local and regional use, making them accessible and relevant to the target audience.

• Engagement & Activation: Inspire and motivate teams through public speaking and activation activities, fostering a culture of vitality and well-being.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on trends and developments in vitality and well-being, using scientific evidence to inform and improve our strategies.

• Facilitation & Training: Act as a facilitator or trainer for vitality and well-being interventions, ensuring effective implementation and participation.

• Based on your experience we will offer you a base salary of € 57,829 to € 82,613 per year (including holiday allowance and 13th month) and extra benefits, such as 25 holiday days, a bonus, the option to buy more holiday days with a 6% my choice budget and much more.

• Experience: 5-10 years of proven hands-on experience in an international company environment.

• Affinity: Strong affinity with health and nutrition.

• Activator: Demonstrated ability to activate and drive strategic visions and initiatives.

• Public Speaking: Strong public speaking skills, with the ability to engage and inspire large audiences.

• Collaborative: Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.

• Impact-Driven: A track record of driving impactful projects and initiatives.

• Dynamic Do-er/Finisher: A proactive and energetic approach, with a focus on execution and results.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours.
