Stryker Marketing Manager -Product - France in Lyon, France

The Marketing Manager will partner with the sales organization and France marketing team to support, influence, and execute our Joint Replacement (hips & knees & Mako ) commercial initiatives in France .

Key Responsibilities :

•Engage surgeons through the clinical validation of the Mako technology (Mako Engagement Pathway) and align the commercial team to this strategic approach.

•Develop the strategy around manual Knee & Hip accounts

•Develop and lead the Sales Education

•Lead the planning and creation of the annual marketing plan aligned with the divisional strategies, including leadership of marketing discretionary budget for France.

•Drive the execution of the annual marketing plan by gaining strong alignment with the sales organization and executing key tactics designed to hit our sales objectives.

•Align local discretionary budget, strategy, and execution to France & European strategies to achieve growth and market share targets

•Support the sales team by being incredibly responsive to their product questions in France.

•Identify, develop and maintain relationships with Stryker and key opinion leaders (KOLs), reference centers and other influencers

•Develop trust and strong relationships with sales professionals, internal stakeholders, and customers including extensive field travel

•Identification, planning, organization, and execution of marketing events, TPECs, congresses, and other professional education activities

•Responsible for the launch of new products

•Responsible for creating a forecast that aligns with the growth aspirations and portfolio strategy, in partnership with sales leadership.

•Utilize data analysis paired with qualitative feedback from the market to identify customer targets, create plans, and track progress throughout the year.

•Level of 50% travel

Qualifications:

•University degree (e.g. BSc. /B.A. in business with an emphasis in marketing preferable, life sciences, or health related discipline)

•8+ years sales/marketing experience (medical related field is preferable)

•Product knowledge and selling/marketing experience with Orthopedics products will be a strong plus. We are willing to consider highly engaged, motivated young professionals with passion, drive and the ability to learn & adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

•Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills required

•Fluency in English and French is essential
