We are looking for:

This position serves as the Manufacturing Excellence Leader for the Novecare GBU. The primary job responsibilities of this position are: 1) Promote a mindset of continuous improvement within Novecare by utilizing the Manufacturing Excellence methodology to drive sustainable change; 2) Identify, define, and manage Macro Initiative projects under the Star Factory umbrella with a focus on supporting change and improvement initiatives 3) Support local Manufacturing Excellence Teams, and share best practices across the organization as part of the continuous improvement process.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Work collaboratively with GBU Management under the Star Factory umbrella to execute and support the GBU Star Factory roadmap of improvement projects and initiatives.

  • Use the ME methodology and toolbox to lead and manage improvement projects and initiatives for the GBU as part of Star Factory.

  • Act as the GBU liaison with the Industrial Excellence and Star Factory Teams in support of improvement initiatives, consistent with GBU priorities.

  • Promote the sharing of best-practices and experiences across sites and regions. Conduct regular forums to align, train, and support best practice sharing and develop an Excellence Network throughout Novecare.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the GBU by building awareness of ME tools and methodology and deploying those tools and methodology to realize improvement objectives.

  • Continuously improve the ME process through regular process confirmation and sustainability checks.

You will bring:

  • Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent experience) in engineering, science or business field.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial context, preferably including several years in a manufacturing setting.

  • Experience in a change management role or position is preferred.

  • Ability to manage change, and lead and motivate project teams

  • Solid presentations skills with the ability to engage, motivate and influence the audience

  • Ability to deliver results in a matrix organization and across geographic regions

  • Good organizational skills and ability to operate in an autonomous fashion

  • Six Sigma methodology exposure preferred.

  • Understanding of GBU commercial positions and objectives

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • English mandatory, French/Chinese are a plus
