Job Description: \ Working 2 to 6 days a week 20-60 hours per week \Working full days 7-5 when on the schedule \Vacuuming pools and maintaining proper water chemistry as well as brushing, backwashing, and cleaning filtration equipment \Safely using a chemical test kit \Being responsible for maintaining a safe, organized, and stocked vehicle and tool bag \Safely working with hazardous chemicals and maintaining accurate records of usage \Assisting in opening and closing in ground pools \Replacing pool liners and covers \Repairing or replacing filters, pumps, heaters and other pool equipment and accessories \Having ongoing daily contact with new and existing customers \Working independently with little supervision and as a team member \Doing minor plumbing and electrical work \Must comply with all safety procedures, inclusive of safe working and driving habits \Safely driving a company vehicle to many different homes each day \Taking pride in their work and being respectful of property, equipment, and people Job Qualifications: \Must have at least a High School Diploma or GED \Must have valid driver?s license and your own vehicle to get to and from work \Must have clean driving record and your own auto insurance \Must be legally able to work in the United States \Must be able to lift at least 75lbs \Must possess exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills as well as neat appearance and polite demeanor \Basic knowledge of cleaning or maintaining pools a plus but we will train. \Electrical, plumbing and masonry experience a plus but we will train \Must be able to effectively communicate in English in written and oral forms. \Occasional Saturday work \Candidate will be working outside in all types of weather.
