Your Opportunity
This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an NDE Analysis Supervisor in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the IBN Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. This role provides daily supervision and advanced technical support for a team of NDE analysts in Framatome's Non-Destructive Examination services group. Your work will include:
Interacting with NDE analysts to challenge, and manage, project readiness.
Assists in staffing subordinate personnel on projects, and identifies solutions to certification, or training gaps, that exist to perform work.
Facilitate "Here and Now" meetings for their group, and aid in relaying necessary information to key support organizations.
Responsible for each analyst's development and growth, as well as ensuring mentorship and knowledge transfer are on-going.
Planning and assigning projects to staff, supervising workflow, and adherence to budget.
Supervises the execution of technical processes, reviews progress and updates management, as needed.
Works with staff to create developmental plan for each individual, appraises performance and evaluates training needs for the group.
This position requires occasional travel with a maximum of 1 in-role deployment in the Spring and 1 in-role deployment in the Fall. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Your Total Rewards Package
The range of base salary for the position is between $112,000 - $152,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
