    Your Opportunity

    This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Contract Manager in Lynchburg, VA (remote work will also be considered), you will be part of the proven team in the Technical Proposal Factory / Contracts Business Line in the Instrumentation & Controls Business Unit. Your work will include:

  • Perform in-depth analysis of contractual duties to ensure compliance with internal governance and industry standards.

  • Develop a fully transverse contracting approach within Framatome.

  • Liaise with operational teams like engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, commissioning, and project management and also with support functions such as legal, finance, and cost control.

  • Perform in-depth analysis of current and upcoming contractual requirements to advise organization leaders and technical teams about contractual positions, risk and opportunities.

  • Draft supporting contractual communications toward Clients and key stakeholders.

  • Anticipate potential challenging situations, constribute to mitigation plans while supporting operational teams for ongoing contractual support.

  • Interaction between the Sales, Proposals and Projects teams to provide comprehensive contractual best practices and guidance in fast paced environment.

    Your Total Rewards Package

    The range of base salary for the position is between $73,000 - $96,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
