Amazon Logistics Safety and Compliance Program Manager in Luxembourg, Luxembourg

Key job responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end performance and enhancement of load safety in Amazon EU operations.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to report on performance and define strategies for load safety.

• Provide comprehensive reports on load safety performance and initiatives across all business units.

• Define and manage overall load safety performance metrics.

• Lead the load Safety Improvement Program in the EU region.

• Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices.

• Ensure compliance with relevant safety legislation and regulations.

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs related to load safety.

• Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and track progress.

• Foster a culture of safety and continuous learning within the organization.

About the team

Basic Qualifications

  • A degree

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience in program or project management

  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading process improvements

  • Relevant experience working in a supply chain, logistics, or operations environment

  • Experience in conceptualizing and implementing operational or supply-chain management improvements
