RESPONSIBILITIES

In BASF Renewable Energy GmbH (BREn) among other tasks you will maintain the accounts and assignments of incoming and outgoing payments.

• You will monitor and control balancing group statements and invoicing.

• You will manage complaints as well as preparation of invoice corrections, credit notes and subsequent debits including the correspondence.

• In addition, you will be responsible for the reconciliation and validation across systems and the master data management.

• You will align with exchanges, external trading partners, grid operators, banks and work closely with the Front Office, IT, Finance, Credit and Risk Management.

• Moreover, you will be responsible for the documentation of processes for compliance and audits as well as internal reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

• completed commercial training and/or corresponding studies

• professional experience in the commercial, energy or banking sector

• strong knowledge of trading/procurement business processes, preferred in energy markets

• very skilled user of SAP

• confident handling of common MS Office products, especially Excel

• structured, independent and efficient way of working as well as a high-quality standard for your work results
