Position overview:

The HR Admin is responsible for the implementation and management of HR processes and initiatives throughout the plant in Ludesch. This role requires close collaboration with other departments to ensure that HR programs and policies are effectively applied.

Key responsibilities include:

Point of contact for employee inquiries and issues.

Support of the recruitment process

Support in conflict resolution and the promotion of a positive work environment.

Advising management on labor and social law issues.

Preparatory activities for payroll accounting.

Responsibility for employee administration SuccessFactors (contract management, employment references, evaluations, etc.).

Creation and maintenance of HR reports and statistics.

Participation in various HR initiatives to promote company goals and values.

What are we looking for?

Completed or ongoing education in business administration

Ideally, professional experience in the HR field, payroll or finance

SF Skills are an advantage

High communication and social skills

Fluent in German and English
