Position overview:

The Electrical and Automation Department Leader, you will be part of a wider Technical Department that plays a key role in supporting the overall business plans and objectives of the plant.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a team of electricians, automation engineers and programmers, as well as coordinating and supervising the work of electrical services from outside the Plant

• Ensuring failure-free operation of the internal power grid, machines and devices in order to ensure continuity of production and timely execution of orders

• Creating and supervising the implementation of preventive inspection plans for the subordinate area

• Planning, coordinating and supervising projects in the field of internal power and energy networks, automation of production and production-related processes

• Supervision of technical documentation in the subordinate area of responsibility

• Supervision and control of budget implementation.

• Supervision and operation of electrical and energy devices and installations.

• Analysingcurrent indicators and recommendation of actions aimed at improving their effectiveness

• Designing and implementing new technical solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of production lines

• Ensuring that the Energy Management System is established, implemented and improved in accordance with the ISO 50001 standard

• Initiating corrective and improvement actions aimed at improving the energy result

• Promoting energy policy awareness at all levels of the organization

• Coordinatingof subcontractors' work and cooperation with external companies in the subordinate area of responsibility

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar managerial position in a production plant

• Higher technical education in the field of Electrical/Automation/Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics or related

• Experience in managing and developing a team in practice and practical knowledge in the field of automation

• Very good knowledge of PLC programming and diagnostics and knowledge of the ISO 50001 standard is desirable

• Ability to read electrical diagrams, technical drawings, design maps and other technical documentation in English

• Practical knowledge of TPM and Lean standards

• Fluent English
