Our client, in Loxley, AL is seeking a Dispatch Operator to join their team. As a dispatch operator, you will be part of the administration team supporting the company. The ideal candidate will have great communication,organizational skills and be an active listener which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Dispatch Operator

Location: Loxley, AL

Pay Range: $16/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Answer inbound and outbound calls as needed for dispatch operations

  • Coordinating deliveries with drivers and customers, provide appropriate solutions in a timely and professional manner

  • provide accurate, valid and complete information when assessing customers needs

  • Flexibility for shift between hours of 10:30am-9:00pm depending on completion of driver routes

What’s Needed?

  • Experience with Microsoft Office

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment

  • Ability to multitask, and use various informational systems

  • Strong phone contact handling skills

  • Ability to operate different dispatch/CSR management software
