A seasoned Program Manager, managing large initiatives or an extensive delivery roadmap; involving multiple business partners, external vendors, and solution teams. Programs typically involve leading edge technologies, significant business risk, and/or broad implications for the organization. The Program Manager is an integral part of the team who may mentor and direct multiple team leaders and/or scrum masters.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1.Identifies interrelated projects and initiatives across the organization; organizes and plans execution to deliver the most value in the shortest amount of time.

2.Works with business partners and product owners to define outcomes, delivery roadmaps, benefit realization plans, minimum business increments or minimum viable outcomes.

3.Manages program roadmap, interdependencies, and budget to deliver outcomes and maintains all reporting requirements, as needed.

4.Leads the program team(s) through the program lifecycle, selecting a mix of appropriate approaches such as Disciplined Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional ways of working.

5.Actively manages the execution of the program. Depending on the division/program, this may include allocating work to teams, prioritizing work, organizing teams, coordinating schedules, and/or planning delivery.

6.Governs the program by operating within the organizations decision-making structure, and through effective use of appropriate program metrics and reporting.

7.Assesses and manages risks to the program; creates and implements risk mitigation plans to reduce risk.

8.Effectively and proactively clarifies, sets, and manages stakeholder expectations including delivering tough messages.

9.Communicates organizational impediments to leadership and works to clear impediments for the team.

10.Ensures appropriate involvement of Bank and external resources according to organizational policy, such as Compliance, Information Security, and Operations.

11.Supports the development and execution of organizational change management plan to support the effective implementation of the program.

12.Leads retrospectives and contributes to continual improvement in the organization.

13.May provide input to manager on individual performance but does not prepare or deliver performance reviews.

14.Understands and complies with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank\'s BSA/AML Program, as applicable to the job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adherence to internal procedures and controls; reporting any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and reporting any suspicious customer and/or account activity.
