Community Green Landscape Group, Inc. is seeking to fill thirty (30) temporary, full-time seasonal Landscape Laborer positions for April 1, 2025 to December 15, 2025. Worksite: 1383 St. Rt 28, Loveland, OH 45140. Work will be performed in multiple worksites throughout Clermont and Hamilton counties.

Job Duties: Care for established lawns by mowing, mulching, aerating, weeding, raking, blowing leaves, removing thatch, watering lawns and spraying lawns with fertilizer, herbicide and insecticides, trimming or edging around flowerbeds, walks, or walls. Prune or trim trees and shrubs from ground level. Lay sod, dig holes for new plants, haul top soil or other landscape materials. Clean up grounds, remove litter. Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Assists with installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units, such as retaining walls. Perform handwork as necessary using a shovel, rake, broom, and/or clippers. Assist with loading trucks and trailers with tools and materials each day. May drive crew vehicle. No driver's license is required as a condition of employment for the position. If the prospective worker already possesses standard, noncommercial driver's license they may be asked to drive a vehicle to job sites, as needed.

Requirements:  No education or experience required. 

Special Requirements: Must be 18 due to insurance. Must show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Perform physical activities: such as lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle, position, move, manipulate materials use static strength to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, carry objects up to 50lbs. All applicants must be able, willing, qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified. Outdoors, exposed to weather; must be capable of doing physically strenuous labor for long hours, occasionally in extreme heat or cold. Variable weather conditions apply; hours may fluctuate (+/-), possible downtime and/or OT.

Terms and conditions of employment: $17.92 - $18.92/hour, 40 hours/week, Overtime available at $26.88 - $28.38 per hour. Mon-Fri, 7:00AM-4:00PM. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.  Employees will be paid weekly on Friday. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered based on individual factors including work performance, skill, and tenure. Workers will be provided with daily transportation to and from the worksite in compliance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations.  On the job training available.  Workers will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. Workers are responsible for daily transportation to and from the Loveland office. Workers will begin each day at the worksite address. They will then be transported, free of charge, to properties located throughout Clermont and Hamilton counties to perform duties. They will then be transported back to the worksite address at the end of each work day.

The employer will make all deductions from worker's paycheck required by law and no others without worker consent.  The employer does not envision other workforce-wide payroll deductions.
