ManpowerGroup Data Analyst in Loveland, Colorado

Our client, in Ag Solutions, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication: both written and verbal, the ability to work self-guided and on a team, and a willingness to learn, teach, and share information with teammates, peers administration, and users; which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Loveland, CO + hybrid

Pay Range: $35-$40/hr

Terms: W2 Contract, 12 months

What’s the Job?

• Engage with the customer resources to prepare, inform, educate around the various aspects of data preparation and validation

• Work directly with locations to collect, standardize and assemble data that is required as a part of the project implementation

• Responsible for performing data reconciliation and validation activities

• Provide weekly detailed updates on the current state of data cleansing and data preparation activities

• Responsible for contributing to production data cutover and conversion activities

• Support of establishing test data to support development and Mock exercises

• Troubleshoot and address data related issues as they pertain to cross references, reconciliation and location specific problems

What’s Needed?

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in large data sets

• Knowledge of data conversion and data construction techniques

• Ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Excel, MS Office and ability to work with large data sets
