Summary:  Taylor Defense Products was established in 2017 as part of the Taylor Group of Companies.   Duties & Responsibilities: Perform duties to determine the proper type of prep work needed to provide the proper finishes. Mix paints, thinners, and hardeners to provide the proper sheen and hardness for applied coating. Apply coatings and finishes to obtain proper adhesion, color, and gloss. Perform the necessary clean-up functions for all painting equipment. Keep track of EPA regulations and guidelines. Handles proper disposal of materials. Assist with outside contractors in disposal of waste material. Maintain proper labels on all drums in satellite storage locations at production facility. Maintain Taylor Daily Material Usage Report. Maintain proper EPA regulations on paint booth. Oversee proper procedures of spill containment in production facility. Maintain finishing area and materials in such a manner that all conditions of EPA, OSHA and Hazardous Waste Disposal regulations are followed and maintained.

Requirements and Qualifications[]{#Hlk142289191}[]{#Hlk142304825}: High school graduate of GED equivalent. Five Years' Experience. Experience with CARC paint and precise mil depth application preferred but not required.
