Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Vault Manager in Louisville, KY This is a full-time temp to hire position.

* This is not a remote position *

Pay : $80,000 annually

Shift : 1st Shift - This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Job Description :

Summary: The Vault Manager leads and supervises all aspects of vault operations, ensuring efficient processing of banknotes and adherence to security protocols. They oversee scheduling, monitor productivity, and provide training to staff. They are also responsible for implementing security measures, recommending strategies to enhance efficiency, and investigating incidents. The individual will have a focus on continual process improvements.

Vault Operations Management:

  • Responsible for providing daily leadership, coaching, and feedback to direct reports and subordinates.

  • Leadership and supervision of the vault teams accurate, timely, and efficient processing of incoming andoutgoing banknotes. Ensure transactional records are logged in accordance with established procedures.

  • Provides input to senior management for assigned team members on decisions including salary planning,performance management, hiring and termination recommendations.

  • Forecasting and planning for seasonal employment needs, ensuring adequate staffing levels during peakperiods while controlling overtime, and coordinating hiring processes to meet volume demands.

  • Oversight of scheduling to ensure adequate coverage while meeting customer SLA's, financial goals,and human resource guidelines.

  • Monitors daily, weekly, and monthly quality productivity standards and holds team membersaccountable for meeting or exceeding goals while giving recognition for success.

  • Ensure cash tills are balanced in accordance with established procedures at end of day.

  • Train new and existing staff on vault procedures and protocols.

  • Monitor transactional flows for seasonal adjustments to teller cash recyclers

  • Monitor the maintenance of all equipment, manage key vendor relationships and repair services asneeded and maintain general knowledge of how to troubleshoot equipment problems.

  • Provide support and assistance to team members as needed including but not limited to receivingsupplies and other office deliveries.

  • Provides support to employees so they have the opportunity to develop their skills in the role and to achieveprofessional growth.

  • Communicates areas of accountability and performance expected of personnel assigned.

  • Fosters a cooperative and harmonious working climate conducive to maximize employee morale andproductivity.

Required Education & Experience :

  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in cash vault services, cash management, or a related field.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience preferred.

  • Experience supervising a team of cash processors/tellers preferred.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in decision-making, considering relevant factors, impact of action, and implications to drive positive outcomes.

  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products required.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required.

  • Excellent planning, organizational, analytical and management skills.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 per year
