POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:
The Talent Acquisition Onboarding Specialist is responsible for the administrative and operational support tasks associated with the onboarding of all new Republic Bank associates. In this position, you will ensure all new hires have an exceptional onboarding experience by overseeing numerous stages within the onboarding process. You'll be tasked with maintaining clear lines of communication with recruiters, hiring managers and new hires. With your outstanding customer focus and attention to detail, you will help ensure a best-in-class experience for all new hires.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a relevant human resources function required.
* Previous experience with talent onboarding and background checks preferred.
* Experience with or ability to learn Applicant Tracking/Onboarding Systems, experience with UKG Pro preferred.
* Knowledge of MS Office Experience (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Office, etc.) required.
* Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of data integrity required.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Facilitate and oversee the full life cycle of onboarding once an offer is accepted for all new hires which may include but is not limited to; serve as main point of contact for all new hires prior to Day One of employment, prepare onboarding materials and communications, plan and schedule travel arrangements needed.
* Monitor background checks including fingerprints, collect required I-9 documentation, process E-Verify, and coordinate completion of electronic onboarding documents for new hires and reverifications as needed.
* Coordinate pre-adverse and adverse action in compliance with pre-employment screening and hiring policies and procedures.
* Load all new hire documents into the HRIS system, ensuring quality and accuracy of all entries this includes, but is not limited to; the new hire's resume, background and drug screen results, references, offer letter, photo, etc.
* Communicate all new hires to internal business partners. Examples: Talent Development, and SharePoint.
* Ensure all open positions with the Bank are posted to online recruiting sites. Examples: LiveInLou, College sites, YPAL, etc.
* Handle the scheduling of meet and greets for new hires.
* Support Talent Acquisition initiatives by tracking and attending job fairs. Provide follow up along with future recommendations.
* Coordinate downtown parking for new hires and current associates this includes, but is not limited to; communicating with associates, PARC or Riverside, invoice processing, and manage the corporate bank owned parking.
* Prepare the Staffing Committee agenda and collect all supporting documentation.
* Assist with contacting candidates to arrange initial phone screens with candidates.
* Provide recruiting reports for the talent acquisition team.
* Provide administrative and recruiting support to the Talent & Acquisition team.
* Maintain policy and procedures for area of responsibility.
* Maintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting your position and area of responsibilities and actively learn new regulations and assist in the implementation, if required.

* Willingly perform all other duties and projects as assigned.

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, and distance vision. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
* Travel between Republic Banking facilities may be required.
* Flexible work schedule that will include some evenings, weekends, and overtime.
* Stay abreast of new developments, best practices, and statutory and regulatory changes.
