Anywhere Real Estate SVP Learning and Customer Success in Louisville, Kentucky

The Opportunity

The SVP, Learning and Customer Success at Anywhere Real Estate will transform and lead a high-impact learning and sales enablement function for the world’s leading residential real estate firm. This SVP will lead a team of 90+ sales training Leaders and experts serving a diverse and distributed team of 300,000 real estate agents and brokers – motivated entrepreneurs looking for the tools to grow their businesses -- delivering innovative learning methodologies across multiple learning modalities (in-person, virtual, etc). The centralized Learning and Customer Success team serves as a center of excellence across the Anywhere Enterprise, delivering and supporting modern learning solutions across all of Anywhere’s diverse real estate businesses.

This SVP will leverage the voice of the customer, industry best-practices and technology to deliver a company-wide Learning vision and roadmap to redefine the next generation of real estate agent and broker skill and capability building, sales readiness connected to professional growth, and agent productivity leading to longer term customer loyalty.

You will continuously optimize learning program outcomes leveraging data, proactively soliciting executive stakeholder feedback aligned with Anywhere’s business roadmap.

You will work closely with leaders across our brokerage and franchise businesses to seamlessly integrate learning delivery into the complete lifecycle of value we deliver to real estate agents and brokers.

In this high-impact global role you will drive learning and development strategy, establish internal and external learning advocacy benchmarks, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

The Ideal Candidate

Our ideal SVP will bring an exceptional track record of transforming a corporate learning division via innovative, creative and data-driven practices, expertise in sales enablement, and learning and development capability building from harnessing human capital; driving business outcomes and leading high performing Learning team to drive outstanding results.

You are comfortable leading in uncertain environments and can be agile to adjust priorities and outcomes as needs dictate.

You are hungry and curious to find new and better ways to deliver Learning solutions, including both training on and internally leveraging generative AI and other cutting-edge technologies.

You will bring a record of accomplishment of coaching, customer-obsession and results tied to revenue growth. You will have a pulse on the Learning and Development field to ensure Anywhere builds enterprise–wide strategies and delivers programs that drive high engagement, adoption, and results.

You will use data to both assess and optimize the current vs. future state and have a keen eye for what success looks like as we scale our training programs to drive success for new and existing agents and brokers.

Key Responsibilities

• Learning Strategy and Development: The SVP develops and sets the direction for learning and development initiatives with high quality standards enabling agents and brokers to increase skills, and speed to proficiency.

• Curriculum Design and Delivery Oversee the creation and execution of high caliber learning programs, including technical skills, compliance training, and ongoing skills development. Leverage various modalities (e-learning, workshops, coaching) to deliver effective learning experiences including bespoke experience based on brand specific needs.

• Learning Culture and Advocacy: Deliver innovative programs that continually enhance broker, franchisee and team success leveraging metrics and a continuous improvement methodology. Continually connect programs to the most relevant learning methodologies to ensure Anywhere is delivering market-leading programs.

• Leadership Collaboration: Serve as a partner and thought leader to our internal key stakeholders, assessing current state, recommending improvements, providing market insights and continually shaping the future of what is next while also ensuring that learning programs enhance agent, broker and revenue producing team learning and drive business results.

• Talent Development: The SVP designs career development paths unique to different client groups. They improve coaching, assessments, and individual development plans

• Budget Management: The SVP establishes and maintains a budget related to learning and development initiatives exploring the optimal mix between internal and external vendors and consultants

• Organization and Team Leadership: Leadership of global Learning and Customer Success team, including hiring, coaching, and providing vision and mentoring a distributed team of 90+ employees.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading a high-performing, data-driven sales training, sales enablement or Corporate Learning and Development function in a fast-paced, multi- stakeholder driven environment

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, ability to anticipate, build incredibly strong client relationships and continually influence via quality delivery

• Track record of leading VP+ level talent and building high performing teams

• Proven success in delivering learning or learning program transformation; via developing high-quality curriculum, underpinned by data and market best practices

• Strong people manager & record of accomplishment of leading globally distributed teams while creating a high engagement culture

• Exceptional communicator and ability to synthesize complex information into concise narratives

• Expertise leading complex company-wide projects & programs
