We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join the team of a dynamic and rapidly growing manufacturing company! If you are detail-oriented, have a knack for problem-solving, have expertise in the field of finance, and eager to develop into an Assistant Controller opportunity, we would like to hear from you. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our financial and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing financial reports, and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of our accounting processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the financial team to prepare the company’s budget and financial planning.

• Ensure timely and accurate financial statements.

• Support month and end-year closing activities.

• Conduct a thorough review of financial data, reports, and business forecasts.

• Ensuring compliance with financial laws and guidelines.

• Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing.

• Participate in finance projects, acquisitions, and contract negotiations when needed.

• Suggest steps to reduce costs and enhance revenue

• Support inventory reconciliation and physical audit.

• Conduct revenue and expenditure variance analysis.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting.

• Prior experience in manufacturing or construction sector is preferred.

• Exceptional math and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in any accounting software.

• Excellent understanding of tax laws and regulations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
