Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma or GED and one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Compliant with all local food safety health codes and required certifications.Position Description:The University of Louisville Golf Club is looking for a Seasonal Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our team! The Dishwasher/Prep Cook will work alongside the kitchen staff to ensure sanitation and cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the kitchen at all times. This position will report to the Interim Restaurant Chef. Job Responsibilities:Responsible for ensuring all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans are cleaned and sanitized.Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.Ensure sanitation and cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the kitchen at all times according to company standards and state and local health and safety regulations.Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.Empties kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.Assist with food preparation as needed and properly label and store ingredients.
