Title: Implementation Manager (Healthcare)

Position Overview:

The Implementation Manager plays a critical role in the successful deployment and adoption of healthcare software solutions within client organizations. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end implementation process, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of implementation projects, including defining project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.

  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather and document detailed requirements, understanding their unique needs, workflows, and challenges.

  • Solution Design: Work closely with internal teams, such as product development and implementation specialists, to design tailored solutions that meet client requirements and align with industry best practices.

  • Configuration and Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of software solutions to meet client specifications, ensuring that all changes are thoroughly tested and validated.

  • Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, administrators, and other stakeholders to promote successful adoption of new systems and processes.

  • Change Management: Implement change management strategies to minimize resistance and facilitate organizational readiness for system changes, including communication plans, stakeholder engagement, and user feedback mechanisms.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure that implemented solutions meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, developing contingency plans as needed to minimize disruptions and delays.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of project plans, requirements, configurations, and other relevant information to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.

    Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Human Resources management

• Proficiency in Healthcare Revenue Cycle management

• Proven skills in Project Management

• Strong Leadership Skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams

• Experience in Process Implementation and improvement

• Knowledge of Business Process Improvement techniques and strategies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

• Proficient in HR management software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
