Our client, is seeking a Call Center Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have Pharmacy Technician Experience, Call Center experience and ability to work a Flexible schedule which will align successfully in the organization. MUST HAVE PHARMACY BOARD TECHNICIAN LICENSE TO APPLY!!!!

Job Title: Pharmacy Technician/Call Center

Location: Louisville, Ky

Pay Range: $17.00

What’s the Job?

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls

  • Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers

  • Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures

  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule

  • Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller

What’s Needed?

  • Pharmacy Technician Experience Required

  • Call Center Experience Required

  • Pharmacy Technician License is required

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Previous healthcare experience desired
