Randstad is currently recruiting for a temporary to hire Medical Biller. Position will be located in the East End of Louisville. Hybrid option maybe available after training. Pay will be between $19-$20/hour. Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years in healthcare billing, with a preference for experience in private insurance and/or federally funded programs

• Knowledge of Waystar is beneficial

• Familiarity with multiple state billing portals and experience in understanding remits for denial reasons

salary: $19 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Submission of All Billings:

• Paper billing submissions

• Electronic billing submissions

• Web Portal billing submissions

• Adherence to Billing Schedule:

• Ensure timely billing of claims

• Denial Management:

• Review and maintain all denials received via mail and Waystar

• Review and correct all rejections within 24 hours in Waystar and state web portals

• Rebilling:

• Submit claims for rebills within timely filing limits

• Communication:

• Report all unresolved denials to business managers, supervisors, and revenue cycle manager
