A client of ours in the manufacturing industry located in Louisville, Kentucky is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This position is responsible for overseeing the customer service process and supporting the outside sales process. This is a full-time permenant opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Associate

Responsibilities

• Enter fabricated sales orders received from the customer via telephone, fax or email.

• Create BOM's and part numbers as needed for orders.

• Quote on all fabricated parts.

• Follow fabricated orders throughout the fabrication process.

• Work with outside representatives to assure that questions are answered and quotations are provided in an appropriate time frame.

• Review jobs with the Production department.

• Contact customers with any delays or changes.

• Work with Engineering department on the more difficult quotations and fabricated orders.
