Description

We are in search of a Inside Sales Representative in Louisville, KY! This is a contract to hire opportunity. The Inside Sales Representative position revolves around managing inbound and outbound consumer leads to drive business growth. This role is critical in supporting the direct-to-consumer marketing program and will require the Inside Sales Representative to handle a variety of tasks related to sales and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and engage with assigned inbound and outbound consumer leads to foster business development.

• Provide timely estimates and close sales on services, maintaining a focus on the ability to finalize sales.

• Coordinate the scheduling of projects with clients for installation.

• Utilize various technology platforms, such as CRM systems, for managing workload efficiently.

• Stay updated on market and industry trends, and the services/products offered by the company, to manage assigned leads effectively.

• Communicate clearly and accurately to ensure a positive experience for clients.

• Respond to all forms of communication, including phone calls, emails, and chat messages, with a sense of urgency.

• Work efficiently towards achieving both team and personal goals.

• Leverage your strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, such as Excel, for administrative and clerical procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management in line with the company's objectives.

Requirements • Proficient in using CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions

• Proven experience in Inside Sales, demonstrating the ability to convert leads into customers

• Capable of handling Inbound and Outbound Calls, ensuring effective communication with potential and existing customers

• Demonstrated ability to identify and manage Qualified Leads, contributing to sales targets

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

• Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, for clear and effective interaction with customers and team members
