Robert Half Human Resources (HR) Assistant in Louisville, Kentucky

Description We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky. This role will primarily involve supporting the HR department with tasks related to employee relations, onboarding, and administrative duties. The HR Assistant will play a key role in facilitating smooth HR operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely

• Schedule interviews for potential candidates, coordinating with both interviewers and candidates to find suitable times

• Handle inquiries from applicants, providing them with accurate and timely information about their application status

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and confidential

• Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including managing schedules, creating reports, and maintaining HR databases

• Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook to manage and analyze HR data

• Assist with various HR projects as needed, demonstrating a high level of organization and attention to detail. Requirements • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) Administration and HR (Human Resources) practices

• Experience in onboarding new employees

• Ability to handle scheduling tasks efficiently

• Experience in scheduling interviews for candidates

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook for email communication and calendar management

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field is preferred.
