University of Louisville Department Coordinator II in Louisville, Kentucky

Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma/GED with two (2) yrs of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Position Description:The Department Coordinator II in the Department of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery provides high level administrative support to Executive Director, 2 division chiefs and eight additional faculty members. The duties include: Creating, managing and distributing call schedules for three service lines.Coordinating all faculty affairs actions.Invoicing for all department clinical contracts.Tracking physicians’ vacation and CME time.Managing department procurement cards, organizing special events, update meetings/appointments for faculty and executive director.Preparing travel arrangements in Concur, itineraries, UofL International Travel requests, logistics of meetings and conferences and process T&E reimbursements in PeopleSoft.Work independently on special projects and assignments.
