University of Louisville Dental Clinic Supervisor (Faculty Private Practice ) in Louisville, Kentucky

Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field and two (2) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Grade 4 (Hourly)Position Description:The Dental Clinic Supervisor for the Faculty Private Practice is responsible for the front office operations, primarily the staff, and patient registration/scheduling. The supervisor will facilitate the office workflow and clinic schedule to maximize patient care and clinic productivity and ensure policies and procedures as outlined by the office manager are implemented.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure policies and procedures as outlined by the Office Manager are implemented. Actively participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement programs.Monitoring work schedules, professional trainings and job evaluations. Ensure staff operates day-to-day within ULSD guidelines and policies. Ensure the Clinic is ready for day-to-day operations and patient care. Supervise front desk personnel to ensure coverage in all areas of oral health care.Maintain and order office supplies. Coordinate treatment plans, financial arrangements; manage all private referrals and follow up with private referral. Manage and counsel patients with concerns, complaints, and financial matters.Responsible for the front desk operations of Faculty Private Practice, primarily the staff and patient schedule.
